You are not lost. You are exactly where you need to be. Here.

Where healing begins, transformation happens and you thrive.

About Me

I have always had an adventurous spirit, a curiosity for life, and a genuine interest in understanding complex human behaviours. I value listening to people from diverse life experiences, ages and cultures. This was further nurtured as I worked and travelled all over the world in my twenties, and the various experiences and interactions I had during this time were either character-building or resilience-building. I feel grateful that I have made it to this stage of my life. Life is certainly a gift to be treasured.

So much of what guides us throughout our lives is a combination of:

Our personality (emotional and behavioural characteristics), our early childhood relationships, how we were raised, internal narrative, our multiple parts, what we think, our thoughts, how we feel, attitudes that influence our patterns of behaviours or reinforce our reactions and responses to life, situations or relationships.

Change, healing and growth are important and there are many long-term benefits across our health and well-being when we decide to overcome personal challenges, address our issues, and apply healthier approaches when we respond in our closest relationships.

Being connected to positive, consistent, safe, honest, loving, trusting, caring and supportive people improves our quality of life. We are more likely to accomplish our hopes, dreams, goals, and aspirations with supportive people in our lives.

Humour and laughter are natural remedies for healing and improving our overall health outcomes in life. Believing in ourselves is fundamental and the relationship we have with ourselves, needs to be prioritised.

There are many valuable lessons I apply in life, these are: to be authentic, validate emotions, if it is important to me then it matters, trust my intuition, always encourage myself to persevere through difficult life circumstances, and if a relationship ends or distances, to look at both the positive and negative. Most importantly, is that no matter how challenging or impossible any situation is to overcome or go through, is to…. never give up!

Presentation: Healthy and Respectful Relationships

“I recently attended the Healthy and Respectful Relationships presentation by Hayley Gravener at the Mordialloc Community Centre and was so impressed by the delivery and trauma-informed understanding that Hayley shared with all participants.

This workshop created space for participants to engage in a safe and nurturing environment whilst helping build awareness to recognise unsafe behaviours in familial and inter-personal relationships. It was clear from the response in the room that many participants gained a lot out of the session and went away with a sense of confidence.

Hayley has such an engaging style and delivered her presentation with a lot of warmth and kindness. It was such a pleasure to be part of this and share in learning, open discussion and healing.

Thank you Hayley for generously sharing lessons that will assist the work I am doing as a foster carer”.

Mordialloc Community Centre

The Mordialloc Community Centre was thrilled and honoured to welcome Hayley Gravener to our recent Health and Wellbeing forum with a focus on Healthy and Respectful Relationships. Hayley facilitated an informed and comprehensive presentation that allowed for audience discussion and thoughtful reflection.

Hayley responded enthusiastically to the brief that we gave her and catered a presentation that was respectful and appropriate to the demographic of the audience and catered well to both our visual and auditory learners.

Hayley was an absolute joy to work with, her spirited energy mixed with a calmness and genuine compassion and kindness for others made for a truly inspiring and enjoyable presentation.

Thank you Hayley, we are so grateful to have met you and look forward to welcoming you back to Mordialloc Community Centre in the very near future.

Groomed To Go - Workshop

Thank you so much for the absolute life-changing work that you do Hayley.
I wish I had some constructive feedback for you, but I believe it was perfect and you are doing an amazing job and so obviously have a gift for this work. My only suggestion would be to make it maybe 90 minutes so people have a chance to ask you lots of questions, it seems like the topic sparks a lot of interest. I also think these sessions should be in secondary schools and universities, they would be invaluable for young people starting out in life.
