Be Healed Services

Personal and Confidential Counselling for women or married couples – trauma-informed practice, care, healing and recovery

» Have you had an abusive or toxic relationship?

» Do you struggle to express your needs in relationships?

» Do you feel respected when you express your boundaries in relationships?

» Do you internalise other people’s behaviours when they are negative, toxic or abusive?

Trauma, Complex Trauma, PTSD and Relational Trauma can cause significant and ongoing damage and hold you back from reaching your full potential due to the insidious nature of abuse, coercive control, manipulation and violence.

In these private sessions, we will gently explore your story and history to uncover the experiences you have not been able to process safely, and which are restraining you from enjoying your life. You will be given the therapeutic tools, techniques and strategies you need to heal yourself forever.

There are a variety of therapies available that can be used to treat your specific trauma or grief and loss and give you the greatest opportunity to overcome your obstacles. Then you will be free to blossom into the stunning sunflower you were always meant to be.

You will have space in your session to learn, understand and apply:

  • Understand the connection between childhood trauma and adult relationships.
  • Learn about and how to overcome your PTSD obstacles.
  • Identify healthy and productive mindsets and the activities that produce them, to have respectful, meaningful and loving relationships.
  • Apply evidence-based strategies to get your life back on track and reclaim your identity outside of the trauma.
  • Become confident in yourself and your ability to move forward from past trauma, pain and suffering.

Counselling sessions: for women of all ages or life stages, cultures and backgrounds.

Counselling sessions: 1-hour sessions – $170

Businesses, Workplaces, Communities, and Councils – training and education, workshops and presentations.

» Do you empower your colleagues, employees, or community members, to have healthy and respectful relationships?

» Do you offer educational support or training opportunities to promote healthy and respectful professional and personal relational connections?

» Are you promoting self-care, emotional wellbeing, and encouraging mental health days with a morale focus to improve the lives of people in your business or workplace?

Many organisations are starting to see the benefits of offering their members, staff and community mindfulness, self-care, wellbeing, trauma and mental health training.

It’s well understood these days that your organisation or community can only function at optimal levels if the headspace of your people allows them to be full contributors. I can meet with community, council and business leaders to discuss their people’s needs and construct workshops, presentations and other events to ensure your greatest assets are capable of thriving in their professional environment.

What is offered to support you, your staff, colleagues, employees, volunteers and others.

  • Workshops and presentations tailored to specifically suit any organisational need.
  • Presentations and workshop formats available.
  • Training and Education: hourly, full-day and half-day sessions available.
  • Offered training in person, at the business location, a designated training room, or online.

Highly recommended: 2 1/2 hours.

Cost-effective: Half a day 3 hours or a full day 6 hours. Can separate these across the week.

Presentation: Healthy and Respectful Relationships

“I recently attended the Healthy and Respectful Relationships presentation by Hayley Gravener at the Mordialloc Community Centre and was so impressed by the delivery and trauma-informed understanding that Hayley shared with all participants.

This workshop created space for participants to engage in a safe and nurturing environment whilst helping build awareness to recognise unsafe behaviours in familial and inter-personal relationships. It was clear from the response in the room that many participants gained a lot out of the session and went away with a sense of confidence.

Hayley has such an engaging style and delivered her presentation with a lot of warmth and kindness. It was such a pleasure to be part of this and share in learning, open discussion and healing.

Thank you Hayley for generously sharing lessons that will assist the work I am doing as a foster carer”.

Mordialloc Community Centre

The Mordialloc Community Centre was thrilled and honoured to welcome Hayley Gravener to our recent Health and Wellbeing forum with a focus on Healthy and Respectful Relationships. Hayley facilitated an informed and comprehensive presentation that allowed for audience discussion and thoughtful reflection.

Hayley responded enthusiastically to the brief that we gave her and catered a presentation that was respectful and appropriate to the demographic of the audience and catered well to both our visual and auditory learners.

Hayley was an absolute joy to work with, her spirited energy mixed with a calmness and genuine compassion and kindness for others made for a truly inspiring and enjoyable presentation.

Thank you Hayley, we are so grateful to have met you and look forward to welcoming you back to Mordialloc Community Centre in the very near future.

Groomed To Go - Workshop

Thank you so much for the absolute life-changing work that you do Hayley.
I wish I had some constructive feedback for you, but I believe it was perfect and you are doing an amazing job and so obviously have a gift for this work. My only suggestion would be to make it maybe 90 minutes so people have a chance to ask you lots of questions, it seems like the topic sparks a lot of interest. I also think these sessions should be in secondary schools and universities, they would be invaluable for young people starting out in life.
